There should never be any destruction to your career. Somehow just be subtle about your dreams. Never exagerate anything that everybody was left noticing it. Act natural. Keep your feet on the ground. By doing this, it will make everything easier for your colleagues to trust you.

It could be done in a way you’ll not be hurting yourself but indulging in the pleasure of it. Just avoid anyone. You can not please everyone but at least somehow there’s something about you that they will love.

Do you possess the look of a professional? Do you look incredibly smart? Are you confident enough to take charge and get the job that you applying for?

Consider the fact that your resume is quite impressive and the employer can’t resist to have the audacity to ask you to come for an interview. But after the all the preparations, your final problem will surely comes up right after you realize and ask yourself ” what should I wear?” These things are actually important for the job hunters, people tend to have a systemic problem nowadays regarding what they should wear on a job interview. Honestly I’m wired toward automatically seeing the person in these kind of situations because I also had the same experienced when I was hunting for a right job. However many take these for granted, with the eloquence of having an “impressive resume” they forgot that applicants will not only be examined based on the job experience and personality but also with how they present themselves professionally.

Here are the top 20 tips in dressing for an interview

1. Research if the company or your potential employer have a specific dress code.
2. If your planning to buy new clothes, get good advice from sales persons.
3. Have the clothes altered to fit and accent your features.
4. Select an outfit that you have worn before and are comfortable wearing
5. Your hair should be clean and neat.
6. Do not wear a strong perfume or cologne, scent must be low key or absent.
7. Cover any tattoo and limit pierced jewelry to ears only.
8. For men – Wear a suit or sports jacket that is color coordinated with your trousers.
9. For men – You should have clothes in Neutral or dark colors such as blue, black or gray.

Clothing will play a role in your career so you should continue to pay attention to your wardrobe. Add pieces made of high quality that will match to what you already have. Buy separates that can be mixed and matched. Dressing is not everything but it will definitely add up to your overall impression that you will make on.

These are some advices and the right tools that I can give to someone on their job hunting, but I have to leave it here. Because as we all end up with reality, applicants must not look good with their own respective dress but might as well have the confidence to make themselves qualified enough for the job. Job hunters should think first all the requirements before going to an interview, from the resume to his/her diploma. They must be ready to answer the question exquisitely. So if you want to have a job career in the future, you should consider these suggestion for you to succeed.

RESCUERS: Job Recruiters?!

The one who can lead you to the right track of your success in your career are professional employment recruiters. Personally you should be knowledgeable of the true role of recruiters. Many do not understand their positions thoroughly.

People who make their living from a commission or by retainer fee given by an employment company are what we call recruiters. They do not work as your personal job finder. Their minds are set focus on the success of a company. Well of course they'll be needing candidates who will pass the standards. The only job for you is to post your resume at the right places.

Busy people are recruiters. The more position they fill for clients, the more they will earn. How to make a recruiter fall for you? Here are some ways:

A. If you find recruiters for your target field... much better. It is somehow an advantage to you now to your chosen field. Impress the hiring manager during interview and remember your resume reflects your personality so make it sure it's neat.

B. If you don't receive replies coming from recruiters find time to follow up your application.

C. See to it that there's enough emphasis in your resume.

D. If still there's no reply don't keep on bugging around. It only means there's no vacancy.

E. Recruiters are not the one who'll make resume for you. So even before submitting make sure your resume is already polished.

F. Show some attitude but not annoying ones.Just those which are definitely impressive. (but not to much)

G. Supply informations which recruiters seek, immediately.

Don't misinterpret recruiters. Avoid depending on recruiters, the rest are still up to you and it doesn't necessarily mean that if you are found by a recruiter there's 100% of being hired. Go look for the right recruiter, the next thing you'll know your are near reaching your success...

Great Waiters are Not Born -- They're Made (Part One)

Food service jobs are open to virtually anyone. Getting into the hospitality industry is reasonably easy, but to progress, it is important to have relevant skills and knowledge. You must have the hospitality skills you need to give yourself better employment opportunities.

Many of the food and beverage servers are young teens to twenties, usually with little or no work experience. While older people may have an edge, lacking waiting experience is not a barrier. What is most important, is impeccable hygiene, a clean, neat appearance (get rid of the nose ring or that hair plastered over one eye when at work), and a service-oriented, pleasant personality and good manners.

Most food servers and waiters pick up their skills by observing and working with more experienced staff. It is not unusual to do a part time waiting job over school holidays and find that it is something you want to pursue. Online education is possible and jobs online are easy to find. To search for the latest jobs in restaurants at hospitality, go to careerone.com.au and get a job that will enhance your skills as a waiter. Just login and browse all jobs free, post your resume, describe yourself - education, jobs, qualifications, etc. then wait for the offers to pour in.

The Art of Waiting at Tables
Like most things in this world, it's an art. The tricky part of waiting at tables is being able to attend to a number of tables at once and still make your customers happy so that they will want to return. Waiting tables tests a server's ability to cope with much more than remembering an order and delivering it in a timely fashion. It develops self-reliance, resilience, time management, and the ability to manage high levels of stress, all invaluable life skills. In addition to providing excellent training in personal organizational abilities, patience and stamina, waiting provides a test of a waiter's human relations skills.

Few jobs offer such direct contact with such a wide variety of people and in such a large diversity of moods. Each patron expects the waiter to treat him or her with individual care. There is enormous pressure on every food server to juggle a large variety of mental and physical tasks over short, intense periods. No doubt, timing is everything in waiting tables. A server is constantly being watched and judged. Every customer is in a different mindset and a good waiter must be able to read customers well. There is no room or time to lose one's cool at the table.

The hard fact is: How well a waiter can perform under pressure in a restaurant directly influences his or her earnings.

Earning good money is important but finding the right waiting job is imperative. There is no point in working in an establishment where you feel uncomfortable and do not fit in.

Hospitality short courses are an excellent introduction to the industry. You will learn about workplace hygiene, food hygiene, safe food handling, nutritional requirements and much more. In this article, I hope to explain what you may have to do to become an extremely knowledgeable and serious waiter who wants to succeed in the hospitality industry.

Here are some of the varied positions available in the waiters’ domain.
